    The gift cards can be used to buy all the jewels, furnishing accessories and accessories you find on our shop or on our websites and as long as they are still in production.

    Once the purchase has been made, you will receive the voucher with the identification code and the selected amount by e-mail in digital format which can be printed and / or sent via email or whatsapp to the recipient.

    After the purchase, if you wish to send the paper copy of the illustrated booklet to the recipient, we ask you to send us a message with your details indicating: name, surname, address to send to, telephone number, e-mail address of the recipient and the personalized dedication ( optional).

    Can i buy any product?
    Yes, you can buy all the products on our online shop or on the websites and among the collections in production, even those in promotion!

    What should I do to use the Gift Card?
    To proceed with the order, contact Altrosguardo by e-mail at info [!at] or by phone / whatsapp at 3389770775 to communicate the code and the products chosen. At that moment you will receive instructions to proceed with the order.

    How soon can I use it?
    Our Gift Card is valid for 6 months from the time of purchase.

    Does the voucher also include shipping costs?
    The prices of the products on the online shop already include shipping costs in Italy. For products on the site that you cannot find on the shop, the costs including shipping will be communicated at the time of the order.

    Can I use the Gift Card for multiple purchases or do I have to make a single purchase?
    The Card can be used for multiple purchases at different times until the credit runs out.

    If I exceed the credit of the Gift Card with the order, what happens?
    If the order exceeds the value of the voucher, you can pay the difference with the other payment methods we use: credit card, bank transfer, paypal, satispay.

    Where can I see my remaining credit?
    You can contact us at any time by communicating your code and we will update you on the updated credit and expiration date.

    Can the Gift Card be used by several people?
